Meet Wanda
We then created a user persona to bring our key end user to life. This persona also enabled us to humanize and empathize with our users and served as our reference for the rest of the design process.

Now that we had identified and articulated the problem, we needed to further understand our user’s experience. The user journey map allowed us to visualize our user’s motivations throughout the experience and identify where and when friction and pain points are occurring.
